海外大手通販サイト・日本支社 目黒オフィス内の和食・社員食堂。定食屋や居酒屋の大衆感や賑わい、居心地のよさを感じられるように、大きな区画を3つの異なる「間(ma)」に緩やかに仕切り、利用スタイルや滞在時間によって、居場所を使い分けられるような構成としている。既存躯体をできるだけ利用しつつ、厨房脇の立ち飲みカウンターの間(ma)、目黒ご当地の秋刀魚（サンマ）が壁面を回遊する大テーブルの間(ma)、アーティスト井上純氏によるグラフィティアートが広がる高天井の間(ma)と、3つの間(ma)に動きのある要素を仕掛けている。企業カルチャーにあわせて、日本らしさにユーモアを加え、粋でウィットを感じさせる社員食堂として、多くの社員で賑わっている。

Japanese-style staff canteen in the Meguro office of a grobal e-commerce site and its Japanese branch. The large space is gently partitioned into three different 'ma' (spaces) to give the cafeteria a lively and cosy atmosphere, allowing the staff to use the space in different ways depending on their style of use and the time they spend there. While utilising the existing structure as much as possible, the space has been designed with elements of movement, such as a kitchen area where people can stand and drink, a large table area where Meguro's speciality, saury, migrates along the walls, and a high-ceilinged area with graffiti art by artist Jun Inoue. In line with the company culture, the cafeteria is used as a company canteen that adds a touch of humour to Japaneseness and a sense of chic and wit.
