設計外活動として、植物やスパイスの蒸留活動をしています。
蒸留を楽しむ「FUN DISTILLATION」をスローガンに、鉢植栽培の芳香植物(ハーブ)や剪定した枝や集めた落ち葉、イスラム食材店で入手したスパイス木工作業から発生する木屑など、 身近な素材を原料に蒸気蒸留繰り返しながら、蒸留や香りを楽しむ活動、蒸留した芳香蒸留水を使ってサウナロウリュで香りを楽しむ研究をしています。 出前用アルミ製運搬箱「オカモチ」に組み込んだ蒸留器を携えて「出張蒸留」することも。「RAMBIKI」の活動名は、蒸留器を意味する”Alambic(アランビック)”が日本語に転訛し、江戸時代に使われていた陶製蒸留器「蘭引(らんびき)」が由来です。
Our Aromatic plants Distillation Activity “RAMBIKI” that was introduced in the Edo period in Japan. Under the slogan of "FUN DISTILLATION", we repeatedly distills steam using common materials such as pruned branches of potted aromatic plants (herbs), collected fallen leaves, spices from Islamic food stores, and wood chips from woodworking. We are currently imagining projects and products related to distillation and aroma. We sometimes carry a distiller built into an aluminum delivery box called "Okamochi" and fills space with fragrance by "Catering distillation”. We are also studying the use of distilled aromatic distilled water to create a scented environment for “Loyly”in Sauna.
