インハウス ＤＩＹ製作・施工作業プロジェクト。既製品や、本来の用途とは異なる転用品、パーツを集めて組み立てたり、工作サービスやデジタルファブリケーション、ＷＥＢ手配、カスタマイズの斡旋、ＥＣ物流のアレンジ、個人への分業など、適材適所を組み合わせ、ジャンルを超えて、できることは自分たちでやる。見積項目が複雑で、慣習的な工事コスト構造を分解。ニューノーマル、超ローコストが求められる、場づくり・ものづくりへの実験的な取組みをしています。

In-house DIY production and construction Activity. We do what we can, across genres, combining the right resources: ready-made products, diversions from their original use, collecting and assembling parts, craft services, digital fabrication like cutting machine, web arrangements, customisation mediation, e-commerce logistics arrangements, division of labour to individuals. Decompose the customary construction cost structure with complicated quotation items. We are experimenting with the new normal, the ultra-low-cost approach to place-making and manufacturing.
